On December 2013, one of our members made a personal visit to Rumah Bakti Al Kausar, Bangi. Based on a conversation with the principal of the orphanage, En. Razali Bakri, the orphanage need an allocation of a few thousand ringgit as a preparation for the orphans to face the coming school season, and also to fund the expansion project of the house.
FYI, Rumah Bakti Al Kausar, which situated in Seksyen 4 Bandar Baru Bangi, is an orphanage operated by a group of activists under PERTUBUHAN KEBAJIKAN AL KAUSAR, BANGI, SELANGOR organization. Lead by En. Razali Bakri as the principal, the orphanage currently is a home to 28 children, age from 6 years old and above, with 4 permanent workers to govern the orphanage. Continuing from the meeting, a discussion has been made among the members of the group about this matter, and a decision has been made to donate RM20,000 to the orphanage. A cheque has been issued by the treasurer and delivered to En. Razali during the final week before the school season opened.
