On 22nd of May 2014, we have sponsored a trip to Petrosains and KLCC for 32 students of Standard 6 and 4 teachers from SK Tengku Bendahara Azman (2). The purpose of the trip is to give exposure to the students about science studies and petroleum industries. Proposal has been made to the TPA and they unanimously agreed. 4 teachers were selected to accompany the students.
The sponsorship included a bus rental from the school to the KLCC back and forth, tickets fare, and lunch.
The students and the teachers were picked up in front of their school gate and arrived at KLCC at around 10:00 am.
Upon arrival, the students and teachers were greeted by our representative, and after a short briefing, the students were then brought into the Petrosains.
After the tour completed, the students and teachers were brought to visit the KLCC Tower, where they were brought to experience the sky bridge and the great view of Kuala Lumpur city from the observation deck.
Then the students were allowed to spend some time at the KLCC park before we wrapped everything up.
